STAFF PROFILE SEMINAR
This is a 1 day seminar where Dr. Agan meets with all of your staff. This works well with administrative personnel and groups of employees. An assessment is completed on each person. Dr. Agan will spend the day leading sessions such as: Learning Who You Are, Blending Your Personality & Giftedness, Team Building, and Peer-to-Peer Relations. He will also lead a session to the leadership on Staff Assessment and Placement.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
This is a 2 day workshop. Dr. Agan will customize the workshop just for your situation. He will spend quality time working on leadership development, employer/employee relations, getting on mission, re-designing a dysfunctional team, public relations, and peer-to-peer relations.
Dr. Agan will use various tools as well as one of the Birkman® assessment tools to help each member of the team better understand their strengths and stresses, as well as dynamics of their team. Each person will receive a custom notebook with his/her personal assessment.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
With 25 years of full-time ministry experience, Dr. Agan has dealt with professionals on many levels. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience to a leader who may feel plateaued, burned out, or desires to re-tool for a greater work. Through the use of one of the Birkman® assessment tools, you will discover how you are wired and what motivates you. Learn how to better respond to your superiors, your peers, and your direct-reports. You will also understand better how they perceive you. These observations help you in how you approach a project as well as the people involved. This allows you to steer away from the “stressors” that slow you down and guide you off course.
This is a 2 day intensive. You will spend the first day learning who you really are and how you are wired. You will spend the second day developing a strategy for a personal road map into your future phases of life. Dr. Agan will also have follow-up calls over the next 6-12 months as needed, for accountability, and to help you stay focused on the goals ahead.
